Little Village is recognized by its residents as the Mexican Capital of the Midwest. This is the spot for authentic Mexican food restaurants and entertainment. It’s also a huge shopping district that draws people from throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan. While there are some single-family homes in Little Village, most residences here are two and three flats. You see a lot of buildings with neat facades and there’s an energy in the community that cannot be denied.
